ForX

The fine print

Legal & disclaimers.

The short version: we're a studio, not a law firm — and we put that in writing. Here's who we are, what governs client work, and where the formal policies stand.

Who we are

ForX LLC is a Wyoming limited liability company — a business launch and digital growth studio based in Sheridan, Wyoming.

Mailing & notice address: 30 N Gould St, Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA

General contact and legal notices: office@forx.dev.

Professional-services disclaimer

ForX provides business launch guidance, digital strategy, vendor coordination, and operational support. ForX is not a law firm, accounting firm, or tax advisor. Legal, tax, accounting, and filing decisions should be reviewed with qualified professionals. Third-party, government, hosting, domain, software, and advertising costs are separate unless a statement of work states otherwise.

Client work

Client work is governed by a signed Master Services Agreement and a Statement of Work. Pricing is set per project and stated in a written proposal. Changes to scope are handled by written change order — nothing goes live by surprise.

Privacy

A formal privacy policy is being finalized with counsel and will be published on this page.

Cookies: forx.dev sets no cookies unless you accept the Google Ads banner that appears on your first visit. If you accept, Google Ads cookies let us measure which ads bring visitors here — nothing else, and never sold. If you decline (or ignore it), the Google tag never loads and no ad cookies are set. You can change your mind by clearing your browser storage for this site.

Anything you send through the contact or intake forms is delivered to our office inbox — relayed by Resend, the email delivery service we use — and kept in a private submissions log so nothing gets lost; the log records the sending IP address for abuse prevention. Submissions are used only to reply to you and to scope your request — never sold, and never shared beyond that delivery path. When you complete an intake, we also send you a confirmation email with a link to book a call.

After you complete an intake, your browser remembers — on your own device — that you've done so, so booking a call is one step next time. It's stored locally (not a tracking cookie, never sent to us), holds only your name and email to save you retyping, and clears itself after about six months. Clearing your browser storage removes it immediately.

When you book a call through the scheduler on this site, scheduling runs on Cal.com: the details you enter there — your name, email, and the time you pick — are processed by Cal.com under its own privacy policy and used by us only to hold the slot and send the confirmation.

Terms of use

Formal site terms are being finalized with counsel. Until then, the content of this site is informational — it does not constitute an offer, a guarantee, or professional advice.
